Sandwich panels and roof and facade panels that are just not the right color. This can happen when the architect of a building or the end user chooses a non-standard color. Or a supplier has a surplus of a specific color. Van Heemskerk has its own professional spray booth to paint panels, sheets, and other roof and facade cladding in any desired color.
For panels in a custom color, suppliers often impose a minimum order quantity. Van Heemskerk can spray almost any quantity in the exact desired color, using a high-quality and durable paint system. We can also spray small quantities with a short turnaround time.
We can spray lengths up to 14.5 meters, longer by arrangement, on all common substrates, such as PVDF, SP, HPS, plastisol, etc. We work almost daily with cladding from (and on behalf of) Hoesch, Kingspan, SAB, Van Delft, Falk, Joris Ide, Isocab, and more.
