FAQ

Do you also replace complete roofs?

Yes, certainly! We can provide your roof with a new skin, install a new roof over your existing roof, completely replace it, or renovate your roof by, for example, repainting it.

What is the paint warranty on the profiles or panels?

This depends on the type of plate and the applied coating. Warranties range from 5 to even 40 years, according to the manufacturer’s conditions. The coating systems have made significant progress in recent decades, and most of what is currently on the market has a good base quality. However, attention must be paid to the steel thickness of the materials, as this largely determines the final aesthetic quality.

Do you also replace doors and frames?

Yes, we replace overhead doors, entrance doors, internal doors, as well as aluminum and plastic frames. We also carry out repairs, so your frame or door does not always have to be replaced. Please see other sections of the website for more information.

I would like to have a partition wall in my hallway; can I come to you for that?

We regularly install sandwich partition walls in existing buildings. The walls consist of an insulated sandwich element or a single steel profile.

I would like to have more daylight in my hallway; can you create a skylight?

Yes, we will assess what is structurally possible in your situation. In most cases, this means we will create an opening in your roof with upstands/understructure for the new skylight. We will finish everything neatly and watertight. After installing the aluminum polycarbonate dome, you can fully enjoy an enormous amount of daylight.

If you are experiencing issues with the daylight, we can also install an insulated panel in your existing skylight.

I want to close off my skylight; I'm having trouble with the heat. Do you do that too?

Yes, we can fit your skylight with insulated panels on the inside, so that you lose your daylight and heat and this part is also insulated on both sides.

I have peeling sheet piles, what can I do about them?

If they are flaked off enough we could spray them over, another option is to replace them, we do this too. This depends on the condition of the facade or roof. That means old off, new on. You can also choose to place a false wall/overlay roof with a (wave) profile directly on the old panels, so that you immediately create a new look.

Can someone come by to take a look and make a quote?

Yes, that is possible, we have our work all over the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we can often easily combine something to come to you for advice and then a quote.
