Depending on the substrate and situation, this will take approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks for the facades, assuming a hall size of 40 x 25 x 7 meters.

We use systems and products that seamlessly align with those of suppliers and coil coating manufacturers. These can be either water-based or solvent-based systems, depending on the type of coating, surface, and finish. Usually, an on-site assessment is conducted, followed by a suitable recommendation and quotation.

• Clean, remove loose parts and degrease using high pressure and, where necessary, brush the surface by hand with a biodegradable cleaning product. This ensures that the surface to be coated is sufficiently clean and degreased. Once the surface is sufficiently dry, the application of the paint system can begin.
• Mask off parts that are not to be sprayed (frames, facades, gutters, doors, obstacles, etc.).
• Apply a bonding layer / primer that serves as a base for the sealing layer.
• Apply a top coat, sealing layer over the bonding layer.
• The product is sprayed airless (no air, only material). This minimizes the occurrence of any spray mist.
• This is also an environmentally friendly and occupational health and safety responsible application method.
