Delamination, as you probably know, is the peeling off of a laminated layer. This often occurs with the (Plastisol) coating of roofs or facades that have older cladding or panels. Facades that are exposed to sunlight are particularly affected, as the plasticizers in the PVC coatings gradually diminish due to UV radiation. As a result, they become prone to dirt, harden, and eventually, the coating peels off over time due to rain, wind, and other weather influences. This was also the case with the facade of this commercial building in Hengelo. Our specialists removed the old coating and then repainted the facade in a beautiful dark gray color!
